Eligibility Criteria for JALZISCAA Membership

To become a member of the Jalpaiguri Zilla School Alumni Association (JALZISCAA), applicants must meet the following criteria:

Basic Eligibility

Any former student who has studied at Jalpaiguri Zilla School for at least one academic year is eligible to apply for membership.

How to Become a Member

Online Application for Membership Registration

Submit your membership application through our online portal. You must provide:

Personal details and contact information
MP (Madhyamik Pariksha) batch year
HS (Higher Secondary) batch year (if applicable)
School attendance verification documents

Note: You must provide at least your MP batch year. HS batch year is optional but recommended if you completed Higher Secondary from Jalpaiguri Zilla School.

Admin Approval

Our administration team will review your application and verify the provided information:

Verification of academic records
Validation of batch year information
Background verification (if required)

Processing Time: Application review typically takes 3-5 business days.

Access to member portal
Invitation to association activities

Renewal Fees

Member renewal fees structure will be decided and announced by the Executive Committee at a later date. All members will be notified in advance.

Important Notes

All applications are subject to verification and approval by the JALZISCAA Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the application is approved.
Members must adhere to the association's code of conduct and bylaws.
