2. Membership Fee Refunds

2.1 Life Membership
No Refund Policy

Life membership fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical error resulting in duplicate payment
  • Association dissolution (pro-rated refund)
  • Membership denied due to eligibility issues
  • Payment processing errors by our payment gateway

  • 15-29 days before: 60% refund
  • 7-14 days before: 30% refund
  • Within 7 days: No refund
Event Cancellation by JZSAA: Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days if we cancel an event.

4. Donation Refunds

Donation Policy

Donations made to JZSAA are generally non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to support our cause. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction (with proper documentation)
  • Donation made by mistake (within 24 hours)
  • Payment processing errors
