The Jalpaiguri Zilla School Alumni Association (JALZISCAA) is dedicated to:

Short-term Goals (1-2 years)
- 1 Increase active membership by 30% through targeted outreach campaigns
- 2 Establish a digital archive of school history and alumni achievements
- 3 Launch a mentorship program connecting alumni with current students
Long-term Goals (3-5 years)
- 1 Establish an endowment fund of ₹50 lakhs for scholarships and school development
- 2 Create a state-of-the-art alumni center on the school campus
- 3 Develop international chapters of JALZISCAA in at least five countries
